Using the store responsibly

Use this website for lawful browsing and purchasing. Provide accurate information and do not interfere with the site's operation, misuse another person's information, introduce harmful material, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for having the authority needed to place an order and use the selected payment method.

Products and descriptions

Read the specific product page before ordering, including capacity, material, options, included items, preparation directions, and warnings. Photographs and screen settings can affect how a color appears. We aim for accurate information, but an error in a description, price, or availability may require correction and communication about an affected order. This does not limit remedies for an item materially different from its description.

Placing and accepting an order

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected items. Receipt of the order or payment authorization alone does not guarantee acceptance. We may need to confirm stock, payment, delivery details, or information relevant to a suspected error before proceeding. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate the outcome and handle any applicable refund.

Prices and payment

The store uses USD. Review the current item prices, applicable taxes, and delivery charges shown for your order at checkout. Available payment options and authorization requirements are described in our Payment Policy. Do not send sensitive payment credentials through ordinary support messages.

Delivery and product problems

Preparation normally takes about 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. Delays can occur, and the Shipping Policy explains how to report a delivery issue. Responsibility for delivery and loss remains subject to applicable law.

The Refund Policy governs our voluntary process for damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items, including requests within 30 calendar days after delivery and initiation of approved refunds within 10 calendar days. Approval is required before a return, and exchanges depend on stock. It does not create a general change-of-mind return right or restrict mandatory consumer protections.

Content and limitations

Trademarks, product materials, and other website content remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the site does not grant permission to reproduce or exploit protected content beyond uses permitted by law. Third-party services operate under their own applicable terms.

To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use of the site or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, or removes an applicable remedy for our failure to meet a legal obligation.

Changes and assistance
