Refund Policy

When a product is not right

Please request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective, is the wrong item, has missing components, or materially differs from its description. This is the deadline for making the request, not for having a returned parcel reach a warehouse.

Our voluntary return policy does not cover a change of mind, personal preference, choosing the wrong size or option, or a return without a qualifying problem. These limits do not remove any consumer rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Send the details for review

Email inomecutex80@gmail.com with the order number, email used at checkout, and a clear explanation of the issue. Add photographs or video showing the problem where relevant. Retain the packaging, accessories, and other related parts while the request is assessed.

Contact us and obtain approval before sending anything back. Once a return is authorized, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Our correspondence address is not automatically a return warehouse. Any shipping-cost arrangements, label instructions, or applicable charges will be explained for the approved resolution; do not assume a prepaid label or a particular fee arrangement.

Review and resolution

We may ask for additional information to understand the issue or inspect a returned item. A replacement or exchange requires approval and available stock. If the proposed replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the applicable resolution with you.

Refund timing

After a refund is approved, we will process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds, so this period is not a guarantee that the credit will appear in your account on the tenth day.

Keep the approval message and check with your payment provider if a processed refund has not appeared. The statutory protections that apply to your purchase continue to apply alongside this policy.
