Payment Policy

The checkout provides a Credit/Debit Card payment method for credit and debit cards. Availability for a particular order is shown in its payment step.

Currency and available choices

Our store uses US dollars (USD). The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Review the order amount, delivery charges, and applicable taxes before submitting payment. A payment logo elsewhere on the site does not establish that a particular method is available for every order.

Authorization comes first

Order preparation normally begins after successful payment authorization and takes approximately 1–2 business days. Payment or order details may need additional verification before an order can proceed. A submission attempt or temporary authorization does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted.

Billing details and unsuccessful attempts

Enter billing information that matches the records held by your payment provider. A transaction may be declined because details do not match, funds or limits are insufficient, or the provider requires a security check. Check the information and any prompt in the checkout flow; your issuer can explain restrictions on the account.

A failed or incomplete attempt can leave a temporary authorization or pending hold. Your bank or payment provider controls when that hold is released. Repeated attempts may create additional pending entries, so check with the provider before trying again when the status is unclear.

Handling sensitive information

Submit payment details only through the payment process. Do not email full card numbers, account passwords, or one-time verification codes to our store. If you need help identifying an order or payment attempt, use Contact Us and provide only the relevant order information.

Credits after approval

We process and initiate an approved refund through the original payment method within 10 calendar days. The payment provider then posts the credit according to its own processing time. For eligibility and the steps before approval, consult our Refund Policy.
